Rainbow

rainbow

The sky is crying softly

Tiny drops that fall to the earth

The sun has refused to go

It’s hell bent on unleashing its fury

Just then, it appears

Resplendent in beauty

A mediator

The Rainbow.

An impeccably conceived piece of inspirational poetry! The rain’s threatening, the sun wants out too, and amidst all of the turmoil, the rainbow shows up, unexpectedly to save the day! Hope rising I’d say! A morale-booster this is! Well done!

I have never seen a rainbow before but ‘m sure it’s as beautiful as this piece reads and truly brings peace to the heart of the one that sights it.

    Nature is beautiful. Thouroughly-captivatingly-so. 😀

    Welldone Boss!

      Nature is indeed beautiful…
wait o, under which rock did you emerge from? you haven’t seen a rainbow before?!

  4. Dr2103 says:

Lmao. Don’t blame me. I’ll look more closely at the sky when it’s raining now. Maybe grab on to a telescope or something too. 😀

Hmmm, beautifully rendered, best definition of the rainbow so far, A Mediator. I’ve always wondered why it’s out when there is rain and the sun is shining.

    1. topazo says:

      thanks Dupe…….

So, what do you think?
